Our Champaign Office
The records area- this is where you will get your impressions and photos taken when you are ready to begin treatment! We have an awesome Records Coordinator that will make you feel at home and comfortable during your visit!
The Operatory- this is where your appointments will be after your initial visit with us. We have three Orthodontic Assistants; Laura, Amber and Cristin, that work with Dr. Shafer. Each of them have excellent working relationships with their patients and they truley enjoy their jobs and visiting with their patients during the appointments!
The lobby- we have free wi-fi and a lap top for you to use while you wait, as well as a tv for you to watch! There is also always a fresh cup of coffee waiting for you, as well as other yummy drinks such as hot chocolate and flavored apple ciders, and of course, cold water for those hot days!
Reception Area- Our Scheduling Coordinator, Jamie, will be the first impression you have when walking in, and she loves seeing you and greeting you! Be sure to visit with her while you are here!
Consultation Room- this is where you will come for your first visit with us, as well as any consulations you may have or need thereafter. Our Treatment Coordinator, Mary, is great at making you feel relaxed and comfortable during your initial visit and will take excellent care of you!
Our Kid Zone- located in the front of our lobby, this is a kiddo friendly area where movies can be watched, books can be read and toys can be played with!
