Kristi Lietz- Financial Coordinator
Kristi started creating beautiful smiles over nine years ago as an assistant for Dr. Shafer. Now, as the Financial Coordinator, she can answer any questions about your insurance, help you work out a payment arrangment, and keep you up-to-date on happenings in the office. Being the best part of the patient's day is what makes her love coming to work and being with the team of Shafer Smiles. When not creating beautiful smiles, Kristi likes to run and spend time with her husband and two girls in Mahomet.

Jamie Jones- Scheduling Coordinator
Jamie has worked with Dr. Shafer for over seven years now, and has fallen in love with her orthodontic family and patients. One of Jamie's favorite things is seeing the end results of the patients- seeing them blossom and grow as their smiles change is very rewarding to her. Jamie loves getting to know her patients and parents and will make you feel like part of the Shafer Smiles family! When not at work, she enjoys working out and living a healthy lifestyle. In her spare time you will most likely find her either at the gym or spending time with her new husband Mike and his son Logan!

Laura Reisner- Orthodontic Assistant
Laura has been part of the Shafer Smiles team for over 10 years. Being part of the Shafer Team has enabled Laura to use her compasion and patience to help her patients feel at ease during their visit. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Casey, and her nieces and nephews.

Cristin had worked in the dental field for two years before joining Shafer Smiles. She lives in Bement with her daughter, Siciley. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and going antiquing. She an orthodontic assistant with our Shafer team.
